Media Interest

Bladder Run has been subject to several "Evening Mail" articles plus a box-out in the daily free paper "The Metro"

In the first article's photo (above) you will see the original cast and crew of the movie, when we first began production. This version of the film was aborted and we came back with HD equipment and a new cast. However we wish to thank all of those involved in this version of the film as it allowed us to realise the full potential of the movie.

The following is an online article - from the USA! The movie's reputation preceeded it and this article appeared before we even started shooting! ("Often hilarious" is a great quote!!)

The press have supported the movie but on occasion the reports themselves are not 100% accurate.

This cutting hails from the Birmingham Evening Mail.

Although Mark wrote copy to promote the filming at the Great Western Arcade it was not used and the text to the left was inserted instead. Inaccuracies include Mark living in Erdington - which he hasn't since 1971!! - and the general feel of the piece being less than grounded in reality

However, the only bad publicity is no publicity and so here it is with a great action shot of Jo Marriott taken by Mike Tustin.
